What is the legal minimal age to actively participate in your site with full rights?

We do not allow any members under the age of 18, and under no circumstances will Amazon Casino make an exception to this rule.

Why can't two people share the same email address to register?

Our system and regulations do not permit a shared email address to register. If you are found with duplicate accounts or if your transaction information does not match your registration information, Atlantis Internet Group reserves the right to seize your winnings and close your account.

What can I do if my Username or Password turns out to be invalid?

First try our Forgot Your Password link at Amazon Casino's home page, and your password will be sent to your registered email account. If for any reason the access to your account is denied, please send a mail to account@amazon-casino.com and we will reply within 1 hour during any day of week.

Amazon Casino features two gaming modes:
1. Play for fun (you bet, lose and win only virtual dollars);
2. Play for money.

Play for fun

It is as easy as a pie! You don't need to register or/and enter any passwords. All our games are represented at the homepage of the casino: just click on the picture of the game you choose, and it will start. You will receive a balance of 1000 virtual dollars, which will be refreshed each time you visit a game page. The rules and instructions can be found in the respective section of the site. Enjoy!

Play for money

First thing you need to do is to register by completing a registration form. You will need to choose a nickname (user name) and provide some information about yourself (we will need that in the future for paying your winnings to you). After you complete the form and press the "Register me" button, your password will be send to your email address. Together with the username, it will become your permanent access code to Amazon Casino - every page of the website provides access to the games for registered players.

After you receive the email containing your password (this should only take a couple of minutes), you will need to enter it and your username into the respective fields under the "Play for money" caption. Then press the "Sign in" button.

You will return to the homepage which contains a game menu (click on a game name to start the corresponding game). But in order to play with actual monetary bets, you will need to deposit some money into your casino account. Deposits can be made through NETeller, PrePaidATM or wire transfer. Log in to "Real money" mode - the buttons of lower level of the horizontal menu will be unlocked at all pages of the website. This menu level includes a "Deposit" button. Click on it.

After you perform the payment procedure and the sum that you transfer will be deposited to the casino's account, we will notify you by an email that now you are able to play for money. The amount of time this process takes varies depending on the payment method you choose and might take from few minutes to 7 days. When recieved the letter, enter your username and password to the corresponding fields, push "Sign in" button and load the refreshed page where all our games are represented. Click on the game you prefer - it starts and you will be able to play for money.
